Key Responsibilities
As a Human Capital Learner, you’ll participate in structured learning to gain real-world HR exposure. Your tasks will include:
- Offering general administrative support to the Human Capital team
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation
- Helping coordinate engagement and wellness initiatives
- Supporting training session logistics and development activities
- Capturing data and compiling essential HR reports
- Taking part in various ad hoc HR projects and assignments
Minimum Entry Requirements
Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
- Must be unemployed and available for 12 months
- Hold a valid Degree/NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record
- Be in possession of a valid South African ID
