Key Requirements for Applicants
To qualify for the Armed Response Officer role in Cape Town, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of Grade 10.
- Certification: Valid Grade C PSIRA registration.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Firearm Proficiency: Valid Firearm Competency for Handgun for Business Purposes.
- Background Check: A clean criminal record is mandatory.
- Health: Must be physically fit and in good health.
- Residency: Must currently reside in or around the Western Cape.
