Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering client calls within the SLA requirement (90% of calls answered within 60 seconds).
- Log and escalate unresolved queries through the system for efficient resolution.
- Offer appropriate Nedbank products to generate monthly lead targets.
- Follow all Nedbank values including integrity, respect, and accountability in every client interaction.
- Keep up to date with processes, regulations, and training to ensure consistent service quality.
- Participate in transformation and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Share knowledge with team members and provide continuous feedback to internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- 6 to 12 months’ experience in a Call Centre environment
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and quality orientation
Preferred Qualification:
- Certificate in Call Centre Operations or relevant post-matric qualification
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of banking procedures and administrative systems
- Proficiency in relevant software and call logging systems
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance standards
- Strong technical/professional knowledge and business writing skills
