Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

- Educational Requirement:
Grade 8 certificate from a recognized educational institution. - Health Status:

Key Responsibilities and Core Duties
Successful candidates will carry out a variety of general duties to ensure smooth daily operations, hygiene, and professional upkeep of the workplace. Primary duties include:
- Waste Management and Disposal:
- Responsible for the removal and disposal of office waste, including emptying dustbins and ensuring all areas remain litter-free.
- Office and Building Cleaning:
- Regular cleaning of office spaces, furniture, and workstations to maintain sanitary and presentable conditions.
- Sweeping and scrubbing of floors, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
- Sanitation of toilets and restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and replenishment of essential supplies.
- Kitchen and Beverage Services:
- Making and serving beverages (tea/coffee) for staff and visitors.
- Washing utensils, cleaning of kitchen floors, cupboards, and kitchen equipment using approved cleaning agents.
- Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Responsible for cleaning parking areas and external surroundings.
- Ensures exterior surfaces remain free of debris and dirt.
- Support Duties to Supervisors:
- Offering cleaning and maintenance support to supervisors and fulfilling all additional cleaning duties as required.
