About the Learnership Program
This learnership is part of Coca-Cola’s commitment to developing young talent within South Africa’s manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Successful candidates will be enrolled in the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3, a 12-month program designed to provide hands-on experience and industry-recognized qualifications.
What You’ll Learn
As part of this learnership, you’ll gain valuable skills and exposure in:
- Bottling processes and packaging procedures
- Workplace safety and housekeeping standards
- Quality control and testing
- Food handling practices
Who Should Apply?
To qualify for this Coca-Cola learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric with at least 40% in Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)
- At least 50% in Physical Sciences
- Two South African languages passed with a minimum of 40%
Other Requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership
- Must commit to the 12-month program
- Employment Equity candidates preferred
