Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- A qualification in Early Childhood Development
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with classroom management and daily activities
- Assist in managing classroom resources and equipment
- Foster a positive and educational environment for learners
- Collaborate with phase teachers to ensure smooth phase transitions
- Help plan and promote academic, cultural, and sports activities
- Assist with administrative tasks and school events when needed
- Embrace the ethos and values of the school community
