What the Role Entails
As a Teller, you will be responsible for counting and verifying client cash, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help support critical operations.
Key Duties Include:
- Adhering to all cash processing procedures.
- Accurately counting and verifying money.
- Balancing and reconciling cash to eliminate discrepancies.
- Operating money counting machines with care and precision.
- Assisting with ATM cash packing and preparation.
This role is vital to the financial flow within the security operations division and demands a high level of integrity and focus.
Minimum Requirements for Applicants
Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Clear criminal record is mandatory.
- Must be computer literate with basic operational skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cashier or similar role.
- Willingness to work night shifts and under pressure.
