Minimum Requirements to Apply
To be eligible for any of the roles listed above, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Experience: 0–2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment
- License: Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license (for driver roles)
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel
- Flexibility: Available for day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities
Each position at the DC comes with important daily tasks. Here’s what you can expect in your role:
General Worker
- Manage damaged, short-dated, or extra stock
- Return products to the DC quickly and efficiently
Picker
- Pick stock according to order slips
- Ensure correct quantities and accuracy
Cycle Counter
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Help maintain up-to-date inventory records
Forklift Driver
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Move and stack stock using a forklift
Reach Truck Operator
- Operate reach trucks to retrieve and store pallets
- Follow safety procedures while stacking goods
Auditor
- Check stock conditions and expiry dates
- Confirm product accuracy before dispatch
Combiner
- Stack products on pallets
- Shrink-wrap stock securely for delivery
