Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Accurately count, record, and manage stock levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Design and maintain attractive displays that highlight products effectively.
- Product Maintenance: Ensure pricing accuracy, product freshness, and removal of damaged items.
- Customer Service: Assist customers, provide product advice, and resolve queries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve store targets.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store and storeroom clean and organized.
What You’ll Need to Apply
- A Matric Certificate (National Senior Certificate).
- Clear criminal record.
- Your own smartphone with at least 10GB storage and a Vodacom SIM card.
- Ability to work shifts and travel between stores when needed.
- Reside within 15km of the store location.
Experience in merchandising, retail assistance, or sales will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work with multiple in-house brands.
- Reporting and basic tech skills (comfortable with mobile devices).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
