Are you passionate about real estate and ready to build your career? The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites applications for its Employed Learnership Programme. This 10-month work-readiness initiative is designed to empower previously disadvantaged individuals through structured learning and practical experience.
Who Can Apply for the PPRA Learnership Programme?
The PPRA is searching for 34 motivated candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Minimum of Grade 11 or Matric qualification
- Possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for the current year
- Letter of confirmation of employment in the real estate sector
- Not older than 35 years of age
This opportunity is exclusive to Previously Disadvantaged Individuals and aims to nurture talent within South Africa’s real estate industry.
Learnership Qualification Offered
Successful candidates will be enrolled in the Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID: 59097). This nationally recognized qualification equips learners with vital skills, industry insights, and the professional edge needed in the property sector.
