PRSS Security Services is seeking a reliable, experienced, and highly skilled individual to join their team as a Security Site Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for this position:
- Minimum of Grade 12 qualification
- PSIRA Grade A registration with a valid certificate
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Must be trustworthy, honest, and physically fit
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently
- Must provide contactable references
- Residency in Heldeberg, Gordon Bay, Somerset West, or Strand areas is essential
Required Skills and Experience
PRSS is looking for an individual with a proven track record in security and management. Qualifying candidates should possess:
- Strong discipline to enforce company policies and procedures
- Five years of managerial experience in the security industry
- Five years of progressive HR management experience with solid understanding of HR best practices
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing security audit reports
- Hands-on experience in HSE, ISO, and Risk audits
Key Responsibilities
The Security Site Manager will oversee site security operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training security personnel
- Conducting security audits and implementing improvements
- Ensuring compliance with HSE, ISO, and risk regulations
- Reporting to senior management with accurate and timely updates
