Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a SHER Risk Intern, you will support critical health, safety, and risk functions:
- Assist in improving and monitoring the ISO45001 Management System.
- Enforce HSE policies and procedures across the operation.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Identify risks and create corrective action plans for non-compliance.
- Ensure all fire extinguishers and first aid boxes are service-ready.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety evaluations.
- Compile data for weekly and monthly reports.
- Help plan and execute emergency response drills.
- Collect data and assist in incident investigations.
- Ensure HSE noticeboards are updated and visible.
- Take part in statutory HSE meetings and document minutes.
- Support the CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) system implementation.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Solid administration and compliance understanding.

Educational Qualifications
