Internship Role: Intern – Strategy and Research
The selected intern will support the Strategy and Insights Department, focusing on performance data analysis, literature reviews, research support, and qualifications development.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting and analyzing research and performance data
- Conducting literature reviews and drafting summaries
- Supporting report compilation and presentations
- Assisting in monitoring and verifying organisational KPIs
- Administering qualifications development and stakeholder activities
- Managing departmental schedules, meetings, and travel documentation
- Maintaining organized filing and recordkeeping systems
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) – NQF Level 4
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields:
- Internal Audit
- Business or Public Administration / Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Social Sciences / Research
Key Attributes:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
