Internship Role: Intern – Strategy and Research

The selected intern will support the Strategy and Insights Department, focusing on performance data analysis, literature reviews, research support, and qualifications development.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting and analyzing research and performance data
  • Conducting literature reviews and drafting summaries
  • Supporting report compilation and presentations
  • Assisting in monitoring and verifying organisational KPIs
  • Administering qualifications development and stakeholder activities
  • Managing departmental schedules, meetings, and travel documentation
  • Maintaining organized filing and recordkeeping systems

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) – NQF Level 4
  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields:
    • Internal Audit
    • Business or Public Administration / Management
    • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Social Sciences / Research

Key Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
