About the PPB Voice Branch Learnership

This programme combines theory and practice in a fast-paced call centre environment, known as the Voice Branch. Learners receive industry-specific knowledge, practical experience, and the chance to complete an NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, which includes FAIS accreditation.
