Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Access Control: Managing entry points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Patroling: Conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols to maintain a high-security presence.
- Surveillance: Monitoring CCTV security cameras and responding to alarm triggers.
- Reporting: Investigating suspicious activities and writing detailed incident reports.
- Emergency Response: Assisting during fire drills, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
Requirements: What You Need to Apply
Fidelity Services Group maintains high standards for its security personnel. To be considered, you must meet these criteria:
- PSIRA Registration: A valid Grade A, B, or C PSIRA certificate.
- Experience: Proven history in access control and patrolling. Distribution Center (DC) experience is highly preferred.
- Proximity: You must reside in or around Dunoon, Tableview, Plattekloof, or Montague Gardens for easy site access.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of security protocols.
