Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the hotel’s safety team, your daily duties will include:
- Proactive Patrols: Monitoring hotel premises and advanced security systems to preemptively identify safety hazards.
- Incident Response: Leading the investigation into disturbances, thefts, or medical emergencies with a calm, decisive approach.
- Guest Relations: Acting as a brand ambassador by assisting guests and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Requirements: Do You Qualify?
To maintain our high standards of service, candidates must meet the following Grade A – C criteria:
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience specifically within Hospitality/Hotel Security.
- Certification: A valid PSIRA Certificate (Grade A, B, or C).
- Education: Valid Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to remain on your feet for extended shifts and maintain an alert, professional posture.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make split-second decisions under pressure.
