2. SAPS CRC Integration: While the application is online, the Criminal Record Check (CRC) remains a manual fingerprint process. The portal tracks the status of your SAP91 form once it is scanned into the system at a branch.
3. Automated Payment Reconciliation: The R290 fee is reconciled instantly when paid via the secure online gateway, moving your application to the “Pending Fingerprints” stage immediately.

Step 1: Profile Creation
