About the Position: Quality In-Service Trainee (x2 Positions)

This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Rosslyn Snacks Factory, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. It’s ideal for students looking to complete their in-service training to finalize a Food Technology Diploma.

Key Learning Areas:

  • In-depth exposure to Food Safety Protocols
  • Real-time experience in In-Process Quality Control
  • Practical engagement with Laboratory Testing
  • Understanding and applying Quality Management Systems
  • Active participation in New Product Development (NPD) Trials

What You Need to Qualify

Required Qualification:

  • A 2-year Food Technology Diploma, with just the 1-year in-service training pending.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Solid computer literacy for data reporting and analysis.
  • Flexible availability to work irregular hours.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • High levels of responsibility and attention to detail.
