About the Position: Quality In-Service Trainee (x2 Positions)
This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Rosslyn Snacks Factory, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. It’s ideal for students looking to complete their in-service training to finalize a Food Technology Diploma.
Key Learning Areas:
- In-depth exposure to Food Safety Protocols
- Real-time experience in In-Process Quality Control
- Practical engagement with Laboratory Testing
- Understanding and applying Quality Management Systems
- Active participation in New Product Development (NPD) Trials
What You Need to Qualify
Required Qualification:
- A 2-year Food Technology Diploma, with just the 1-year in-service training pending.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Solid computer literacy for data reporting and analysis.
- Flexible availability to work irregular hours.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team.
- High levels of responsibility and attention to detail.
