Kickstart Your Career with Fully Funded Training in Technical Trades and Safety
If you’re between the ages of 18 and 35 and reside in or near Kriel, this is your chance to gain industry-relevant skills through a fully sponsored learnership or SAMTRAC bursary. J&C Engineering (Pty) Ltd, in partnership with Todit Training Academy, is proud to invest in youth development and skills training for 2025.
What’s on Offer in the 2025 Learnership Programme
This programme provides an excellent entry point into the technical trades. Training will be conducted at CTC College, a leading institution for artisan development.
Available trade positions:
- 2 Welder Learnerships
- 2 Rigger Learnerships
- 2 Boilermaker Learnerships
Alongside these trades, there are also:
- 2 Full Bursaries for SAMTRAC Training (Safety Officer Qualification)
These bursaries include full tuition costs and are designed to develop highly skilled safety officers.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet academic and age requirements to be eligible:
- Matric Certificate with:
- Mathematics: Level 5 minimum
- Physical Science: Level 5 minimum
- English: Level 4 minimum
OR
- N3 Certificate or any higher qualification
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Location: Must be living in or around Kriel
- Education: Must be currently enrolled or intending to study at CTC College
