Minimum Entry Requirements

- PSIRA Status: Valid and active PSIRA Grade C Certificate (Must be fully registered with PSIRA).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable security experience is preferred.
- Background: 100% clear criminal record.
- Availability: Absolute ability to work flexible shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Language Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Must be highly punctual, disciplined, professional, and physically fit.
- Logistics: Having reliable transport to Melrose Arch is a distinct advantage.
