Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the primary focus of this position is the secure replenishment, maintenance, and transaction handling of client automated teller machines (ATMs).

Minimum Entry Requirements

Due to the high-risk nature of cash-in-transit (CIT) and banking infrastructure, applicants must strictly possess the following compliance credentials:

PSIRA Status: Valid and active PSIRA Grade B accreditation (minimum).
Industry Certification: Valid Cash-In-Transit (CIT) certificate.
Tactical Licensing: Completed firearm training for both Handgun and Rifle alongside a valid SAPS Competency Certificate.
Licensing: Valid South African driver’s license.
Background: 100% clean criminal record (subject to rigorous screening).
Tech Skills: Fully computer literate and capable of learning specialized transaction software.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work overtime as operational needs dictate.

The successful candidate will manage high-value logistics on a daily basis, including:

Executing the physical loading and replenishment of designated client ATMs daily.
Securing, balancing, and completely accounting for all cash transactions.
Attending to basic mechanical and software technical faults on-site at ATMs.
Maintaining strict compliance with company Trans Track scanning operations.
Adhering cleanly to dual-custody key protocols and asset protection safety standards.
Interacting professionally with banking clients and retail merchant representatives.
