  • Medication Processing: Assisting with the accurate picking, packing, labeling, and checking of prescriptions under direct pharmacist sign-off.
  • Compounding & Preparation: Assisting with the manipulation and preparation of non-sterile medicines or Schedule 1 substances according to approved formulas and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stock Management: Unpacking, merchandising, and cleaning over-the-counter (OTC) and dispensary shelves; tracking medicine expiry dates from Schedule 1 up to Schedule 5.
  • Patient & Scheme Support: Interfacing with patients regarding script tracking reports, managing call center phone lines, providing health info, and assisting with chronic medical scheme authorizations (including HIV/AIDS and Oncology).
