Minimum Entry Requirements

To pass the initial baseline screening, applicants must provide clear proof of the following criteria:

Education: Grade 10 certificate or a Grade 12 (Matric) Senior Certificate.
PSIRA Status: Valid and active PSIRA Certificate (Grade E, D, or C preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in the private security industry is an advantage but not strictly mandatory.
Background: 100% clean criminal record.
Health: Physically fit and fully capable of working under pressure.
Availability: Absolute willingness to work flexible shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Attributes: Punctual, reliable, professional, with good communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deployed guards will be tasked with standard safeguarding protocols on-site, including:

Managing strict access control points for incoming vehicles, staff, and visitors.
Conducting active perimeter patrols across all assigned areas of the premises.
Monitoring site activity and immediately reporting operational incidents.
Protecting company property, infrastructure, and physical assets from theft or damage.
Maintaining clear written records by updating the occurrence book (OB) and filing incident reports.
Assisting clients, visitors, and stakeholders professionally at all times.
